A second quality product has slight flaws or imperfections, but are still fully functional. It may have, but is not limited to, any one or more of the following irregularities:
- snaps or zippers that are sticky, slightly off-centered
- flaws in the printed pattern
- dirt, small grease marks from sewing machine, fabric pen marks (which may or may not wash away)
- missing or irregularly placed labels
Are seconds covered by warranty?
In most cases, yes. The flaw itself is excluded from warranty claims. Proof of purchase is still required for claims.
Do you mark your seconds?
Yes, our seconds are in most cases marked on the products wash label. This is for quality control and tracking purposes. The individual flaw is NOT marked or recorded. We generally do not pre-disclose the specific flaw, unless it affects functionality.
